World Wide Menu offers a wide range of materials, colors and textures. Whether you are looking for a highly customized unique cover or a more traditional book cloth cover, World Wide Menu has what you need. Our menus are designed to hold insert sheets under diagonal picture-frame corners, horizontal bar pockets, foursided frames, screw post or three ring metal binders. Most of our menus are turned-edge construction and can be manufactured padded or non-padded.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ARTWORK: Black on white camera ready artwork may be supplied via e-mail or disk.

CAMERA READY: This means Black & White Vector art. Files should be a minimum of 300 dpi or higher in an EPS Vector format. Fine lines should be 5 pt minimum and 24 pt minimum for lettering.

TYPESET ARTWORK: If e-mailing your own typeset, please make sure all fonts are outlined and in an EPS Vector format.

ARTWORK DIE FEES: Based on image imprint size applied to your order for either camera ready artwork supplied, typeset artwork supplied and/or typeset artwork designed by WWM. This is a one time charge.

DOUBLE RUN FEES: An additional charge per cover for each additional stamping is applied.

TYPESET FEE: A $90.00 charge will be applied if you require typesetting designed be set up by WWM. This is an additional charge to the artwork die fee.

REWORKING ARTWORK FEE: For any artwork that may need to be reworked in order to meet printing standards, an additional fee of $90.00 per hour will be applied before processing and with written consent. Any approved artwork charges are non-refundable.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: The artwork die fee is applied plus an additional set up fee of $90.00.

FOIL STAMPING: This process prints your logo onto the cover with foil.

FOIL COLORS: Gold, Silver, Black, Copper or Red. Custom foil colors available.

BLIND DEBOSSING: This process recesses your logo into the cover material with no foil stamp.

ELECTRONIC ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS FOR DIGITAL PRINTING

DIGITAL SCANS: Photographic images should be professionally scanned, preferably from the original negative or transparency. All artwork should be scanned at 300 dpi at the size it will appear on the cover. For images that encompass the entire front cover area, (known as "full bleed"), the image area should be oversized by one inch on all sides. This allows us enough room to wrap the image around the edges of the cover. Please contact our art department to further discuss in detail the requirements or options for your order. Files should be saved as JPEG or TIFF files.

ORDERING: All orders will be confirmed via e-mail or fax. Verbal orders require a written confirmation. Custom orders must be submitted in writing.

SIZES: Size references are actually "insert" size. (Insert = paper). For example, when ordering an 8.5" x 11" menu cover, the inserts going into each pocket will measure 8.5" x 11".

CUSTOM ITEMS OR SIZES: If you don't see a style or size you are looking for, please contact our customer service department.

COLORS: Colors shown in our catalog or our web site may vary from actual material colors. Material colors may vary based on dye lot. If you have any questions about color, please contact customer service for a free swatch.

SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges are FOB factory. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless another carrier is specified. WWM is not responsible for delay in transit.

PAYMENT TERMS: Non-establish accounts ship either Prepaid or COD. Personal checks are not accepted. We reserve the right to request a certified check or money order. Establish open accounts are expected to pay within the agreed terms of the invoice date. We reserve the right to place an account on hold with overdue balances.

CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

SAMPLES: Samples are available per your request. Please contact a Customer Service Representative. Some samples are billable and not returnable.

RETURNS: In the case of a return, a Return Authorization Number is mandatory. Please contact a Customer Service Representative within 10 days of receipt of product.

  • An authorized item may be returned for credit, less a 20% restocking charge.
  • The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.
  • A return must be received in original packaging within 10 days of authorization and must be in same condition as originally received.
  • Once goods are received by WWM, we will inspect the return and if approved a credit will be issued to your account.
  • Deductions should not be taken before a valid credit is issued.
  • Please mark any return cartons with Return Authorization number. (Many items are non-returnable).
